By subscribing to Gold Klass service you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

• Service will be available to both Omantel prepaid and postpaid mobile lines.
• Mentioned tariff is exclusive of VAT. VAT of 5 % will be added to price.
• Customer will have option to opt-out at any time. Customers can complete the daily or One time subscription to this service through SMS (by sending specific predefined keyword to a short code).
• Customers can also subscribe through Web URLs.
• For Auto renewal subscription, customers would be explicitly informed that the service is auto renewal and will take a consent for the same. The customer will also be informed of the auto renewal through a SMS once renewed.
• Pre renewal SMS will be sent to the user a day before the renewal informing the user how to unsubscribe from the service.
